Couples sessions

Rate: $225/session

Looking to strengthen your relationship or address communication issues with your partner? I am dedicated to helping couples navigate challenges, build stronger connections, and promote emotional well-being. With a focus on open communication and mutual understanding, I provide a safe and supportive environment for couples to explore and resolve their concerns.

Group therapy 

Rate: $500/8 week session

Looking for support during your postpartum journey? Group sessions are designed to be cost effective while also finding comfort, connection, and valuable resources to navigate postpartum challenges. Groups will operate with a 6 member capacity. Please contact for interest for the Fall 2025 intake.
